Music videos are often taken for granted. The downfall of music video recognition has increased since the last decade, with award shows not even releasing nominees for these awards and instead relying on their judges to solely pick the winners with no transparency at all and security. It’s time we take the art back to the artists.

The Music Video Society (MVS) has finally announced their nominations for the 2021 MUSIC VIDEO SOCIETY Awards or as I call it the MVSAs. The MVS which organizes the award show is composed of performers, critics, music journalists, music executives, producers, songwriters, sound engineers, choreographers which vote every year to decide the best of music videos.
